ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Theo Franklin State Farm is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of Life/Health Insurance Specialist. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the best Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. We work in a dynamic and relaxed environment where you will be able to use your skillset to the fullest. Our team has over 70 years of combined experience to help you meet your goals. At Theo Franklin State Farm, we try to have "fun" while helping our customers meet their needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess excellent communication skills.
Display good analytical skills.
Provide excellent customer service.
Ability to work 20 to 30 hours per week
Accredited with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
Life/Health Insurance License
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation: $28,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in the Galleria/Westchase Area.
I am a proud graduate of Texas A&M University.
We have over 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
